These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kaizon Information Technology website (www.kaizonit.com) and any products, services, data lists, or applications offered by Kaizon IT W.L.L. تتحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") وصولك واستخدامك لموقع كايزون لتقنية المعلومات (www.kaizonit.com) وأي منتجات أو خدمات أو قوائم بيانات أو تطبيقات تقدمها كايزون ذ.م.م.

The Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, clients, partners, and others who access or use our services in any capacity. تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع الزوار والمستخدمين والمشترين والعملاء والشركاء وغيرهم الذين يصلون إلى خدماتنا أو يستخدمونها بأي صفة.

• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from our platform without prior written consent.عدم استخدام أدوات آلية (روبوتات، برامج استخلاص) لاستخراج البيانات من منصتنا دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.

To access certain features of Kaizon (such as client portals, order tracking, or Odoo ERP dashboards), you may need to create an account. You may not, without our express prior written permission: لا يجوز لك، دون موافقتنا الكتابية الصريحة المسبقة:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any website content.نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أو نقل أو عرض أو أداء أو نشر أو تعديل أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة من أي محتوى للموقع.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that suggests affiliation or endorsement without authorization.استخدام علاماتنا التجارية أو شعاراتنا أو أصول علامتنا التجارية بأي طريقة توحي بالانتماء أو التوصية بدون تصريح.
• Scrape, crawl, or index our website or data using automated tools for competitive or commercial purposes.كشط أو زحف أو فهرسة موقعنا أو بياناتنا باستخدام أدوات آلية لأغراض تنافسية أو تجارية.

If you purchase any products or services through Kaizon, you agree to pay the stated price at the time of purchase. All payments will be processed securely through our payment gateway partners (Tap Payments) and are subject to their terms of service in addition to ours. إذا اشتريت أي منتجات أو خدمات عبر كايزون، فإنك توافق على دفع السعر المعلن وقت الشراء. ستتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات بشكل آمن من خلال شركاء بوابة الدفع (Tap Payments) وتخضع لشروط خدمتهم بالإضافة إلى شروطنا.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.التسعير: جميع الأسعار معرضة بالدينار البحريني وتشمل الضرائب المطبقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
• Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by Tap Payments.طرق الدفع: نقبل بطاقات الائتمان والخصم وApple Pay وGoogle Pay وطرق أخرى مدعومة من Tap Payments.
• Subscription Services: Recurring payments (if any) will be charged automatically until cancellation.خدمات الاشتراك: سيتم خصم المدفوعات المتكررة (إن وجدت) تلقائياً حتى الإلغاء.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend access to paid services until payment is successfully processed.فشل الدفع: إذا فشل الدفع أو تم رفضه، نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق الوصول إلى الخدمات المدفوعة حتى تتم معالجة الدفع بنجاح.

All business contact lists, directories, databases, datasets, and information provided by Kaizon Information Technology are sold on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. جميع قوائم جهات الاتصال والأدلة وقواعد البيانات ومجموعات البيانات والمعلومات المقدمة من كايزون لتقنية المعلومات تباع على أساس "كما هي" و"متاحة كما هي" دون ضمانات من أي نوع، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية أو قانونية.

If you purchase business contact data, B2B lists, or marketing databases from Kaizon Information Technology, you are solely responsible for how you utilize this data. By purchasing, you explicitly agree to: إذا اشتريت بيانات اتصال الأعمال أو قوائم B2B أو قواعد بيانات تسويقية من كايزون لتقنية المعلومات، أنت مسؤول وحيد عن كيفية استخدامك لهذه البيانات. من خلال الشراء، توافق صراحة على:

• Comply with all applicable local Bahrain laws and international regulations including but not limited to Anti-Spam laws, telemarketing regulations, do-not-call list requirements, and data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PDPL).الامتثال بجميع القوانين البحرينية المحلية واللوائح الدولية المطبقة بما في ذلك ولكن ليميتد إلى قوانين مكافحة الرسائل المزعجة ولوائح التسويق الهاتفي ومتطلبات قوائم "لا تتصل" وقوانين خصوصية البيانات (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PDPL).

Kaizon Information Technology assumes no responsibility, liability, or legal obligation for your marketing campaigns, outreach efforts, email deliverability issues, spam complaints, bounce rates, or any legal claims, fines, penalties, or damages arising from your use of the provided data. كايزون لتقنية المعلومات لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية أو التزام قانوني عن حملاتك التسويقية أو جهود التواصل أو مشاكل تسليم البريد الإلكتروني أو شكاوى الرسائل المزعجة أو معدلات الارتداد أو أي ادعاءات أو غرامات أو عقوبات أو أضرار ناتجة عن استخدامك للبيانات المقدمة.

You may be able to upload, post, submit, or transmit content (including feedback, reviews, comments, testimonials, suggestions, or other materials) to Kaizon through forms, portals, email, or other submission channels. You represent and warrant that:تؤكد وتضمن أن:

• Content does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code of any kind.المحتوى لا يحتوي على برمجيات خبيثة أو فيروسات أو أكواد ضارة من أي نوع.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Kaizon Information Technology, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any: إلى أقصى حد يسمح به قوانين مملكة البحرين، فإن كايزون لتقنية المعلومات ومديريها وموظفيها ووكلائها وشركاتها التابعة وخلفائها ومحاليها لن يكونوا مسؤولين عن أي:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية ناتجة عن أو متعلقة باستخدامك لخدماتنا.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.خسائر الأرباح أو الإيرادات أو البيانات أو فرص الأعمال أو السمعة الطيبة أو المدخرات المتوقعة.
• Service interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, or errors in data or content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.انقطاعات الخدمات أو تأخيرات أو أخطاء في البيانات أو المحتوى، حتى لو تم إبلاغنا بإمكانية مثل هذه الأضرار.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above exclusions may not fully apply to you. بعض الولايات القضائية لا تسمح باستبعاد ضمانات معينة أو تحديد المسؤولية، لذا قد لا تنطبق الاستبعادات أعلاه عليك بالكامل.

Upon termination, provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Indemnification shall survive. عند الإنهاء، تبقى أحكام الملكية الفكرية وتحديد المسؤولية والقانون الحاكم والتعويض سارية المفعول.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, protect, disclose, transfer, and manage your Personal Data and Business Contact Data. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتفسر وفقاً لقوانين مملكة البحرين، دون النظر إلى مبادئ تعارض القوانين الخاصة بها.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, including but not limited to the interpretation, validity, enforceability, breach, or termination hereof, or the purchase and use of digital products, data, or services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. You hereby irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum. أي نزاعات أو ادعاءات أو خلافات ناشئة عن هذه الشروط أو المتعلقة بها، بما في ذلك ولكن ليميتد إلى تفسيرها أو صحتها أو قابلية الإنفاذ أو الإخلال أو الإنهاء، أو شراء واستخدام المنتجات الرقمية أو البيانات أو الخدمات، تخضع لـ الاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم المنامة، مملكة البحرين. أنت هنا توافق بشكل لا رجعة فيه على هذا الاختصاص وتتنازل عن أي اعتراضات بناءً على المكان أو المنتدى غير الملائم.
